These Pumpkin Spice Bars with cream cheese frosting are moist, delicious and packed full of flavor!
Pumpkin Spice Bars

Ingredients
Bars
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- ¾ cup chopped nuts-optonal
Instructions

Heat over to 350 degrees

Grease a jelly-roll pan

In large bowl beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until smooth.

Stir in flour, baking powder salt and pumpkin pie spice.

Spread into pan.

Bake 20 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Frosting:

Cool Completely on rack.

In medium bowl beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla with mixer until smooth, gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth.

Spread over bars, sprinkle with nuts.

Store in refrigerator.
