Hi friends! You didn’t think we’d go ALL of National Coffee Day without talking about coffee, did you? Phew, we just made it in and let me tell you THIS is going to be the way that you’re going to want to drink your PSL’s this season – a Spiked Pumpkin Spice Latte. You heard me. This is no regular old PSL, this gal is smooth and will make you sit back and relax at night and say ahhhhhh, sweet Fall! And guess what? It was super easy. Three ingredients in and some special Pumpkin Spice Whipped cream and we’ll call it a night. It was ALL made easy with International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer!
That’s right! Just grab a beautiful bottle (or two) of creamer at your local grocer and you’re already half way there! I love having this stuff on hand this time of year! It’s SO MUCH cheaper than heading to the “local coffee shop” down the street and seriously convenient too! And I have my favorite flavor of Fall right on hand. Lately my favorite way to drink it in the morning is with a hot cup of hazelnut coffee. The flavor combination is out of this world! But at night, you guessed it, let’s unwind with a little Spiked Pumpkin Spice Latte action.
For this concoction, simply brew up a strong cup of your favorite coffee, espresso blends work great! Add in about 2 ounces of International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer and 1 1/2 ounces of whipped cream flavored vodka. Yes, YUM. And if this wasn’t enough, you can also whip up some delicious pumpkin pie spice whipped cream to go along with! Just beat together whipping cream, powdered sugar and Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer and you’re all set!
Spiked Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- For whipped cream:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer
- For coffee:
- 10 oz strong coffee brewed
- 2 ounces International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer
- 1 1/2 ounces whipped cream vodka
Instructions

For whipped cream:

In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream on medium-high until soft peaks form.

Add in powdered sugar and Pumpkin Pie spice creamer and beat on medium-high until stiff peaks form.

For coffee:

Brew strong cup of coffee, about 10 ounces.

Add in 2 ounces of International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer and 1 1/2 ounces (shot) of whipped cream vodka.

Top with Pumpkin Pie Spice Whipped Cream and enjoy!
