Thank you to International Delight for sponsoring this discussion on the new Cold Stone Creamery ID creamers and this Cookie Cafe Mocha Popsicle Recipe!
Hi friends! I think it’s no secret by now that I love coffee. I mean, hook up the IV and I’m good to go! And when I enjoy my coffee at home, I love to add delicious flavor with International Delight! And now this summer, International Delight is bringing your favorite Cold Stone Creamery ice cream flavors to coffee! Can I get a woop woop? Coffee and ice cream! Two delicious worlds collide…
But I’m sure you know that you can use these delicious creamers for much more than just a simple cup of coffee! You can make specialty coffee drinks, bake with them, or even make popsicles with them! And that’s just what I did! I picked up the Hot for Cookie creamer and used it in a simple, but delicious Cookie Cafe Mocha Popsicle!
Cookie Cafe Mocha Popsicle Recipe
Ingredients
- International Delight Cold Stone Creamery Hot for Cookie Creamer
- Chilled Coffee
- Chocolate Chips
Instructions
-
I simply added the Hot for Cookie creamer to my favorite coffee (chilled is easier), to taste. Note - you want the taste to be a little stronger than you would prefer if drinking normally; intense flavors are best for popsicles.
-
I poured the coffee and creamer into popsicle molds and added some chocolate chips for fun!
Easy but tasty! If you love coffee and ice cream – you’ll love these popsicles! A perfect Summer treat! Don’t you think this collaboration is the best – maybe ever?
