Hi friends! Summer is ALMOST over! But before we go, you KNOW that we have a few more fun popsicle recipes and ideas to share! Including a FUN end of Summer popsicle party – stay tuned for that one! We have been BUSY creating new and fun popsicles this Summer and I’ve had the awesome opportunity to share these recipes on some of my favorite blogs, like these Chocolate Frosty Popsicles that I shared on I Heart Naptime last month! JamieLyn is absolutely a doll! And while I’M SURE you know of her and her blog, just know that she really is the sweetest and most talented gal, be sure to stop by her blog on the regular. You won’t be disappointed!
I’m a big ice cream fan. Or frozen yogurt. Or anything frozen and creamy and top on my list of those frozen treats are Wendy’s Frosty’s! And because I don’t make it to Wendy’s all that often, last Summer I tried a few copycat recipes that I LOVED. Nothing like making one of your favorite treats right in the comfort of your own home, right?!
But all of those recipes make quite a bit of Frosty goodness. And while that is great, I’m about the only one who eats chocolate in my house (is that weird? I think so…) and I just don’t need ALL the chocolate ice cream. Though it is good. So THIS Summer I thought – why don’t I turn the Frosty’s into popsicles? So I did a little division, trial and not so much error, and voila! All the goodness of a Frosty in quick and easy Chocolate Frosty Popsicles!

These look so good and easy. With this heat, what a perfect treat.

Have you tried this by mixing up milk and Nestle Quik powder to make the chocolate milk? I wonder if it will work as well as pre-made chocolate milk from the store.

I haven’t tried that Sheila, let me know if you do and how it goes! 🙂
