For the holidays as part of a sponsored post for Collective Bias® I made these Easy Chocolate Coconut Marshmallow Pops with #KraftEssentials as an easy desserts option for parties and special occasions! #shop #cbias
Hi friends! We are heading into FULL fledged holiday season. Can you feel it? Parties and get togethers will start coming out of the woodworks, so it’s time to put on our thinking caps for some easy desserts, appetizers and more we can add to our reportoire without breaking the bank or taking up all of our time. The easiest way to make this happen is to shop items from your very own pantry! Just think of the goodies you typically have on hand…Baker’s Chocolate? Yes. Jet-Puffed Marshmallows? Well I’d hope so, you never know when you’ll have a s’mores craving, right? And Baker’s Coconut? Oh yumm…always have to have a bag of that white flaky goodness handy. If you have all those, you’re well on your way to making these Easy Chocolate Coconut Marshmallow Pops!
Now I’m a cake pop lover just like the next gal, but have you ever made marshmallow pops? Hello, waaaaay easier. And just as cute. Oh, and so tasty! We whipped these up so easily…

That’s it – Chocolate Coconut Marshmallow Pops! So easy, yet so very tasty. The perfect little dessert or addition to your dessert bar this holiday season! And do you know what pairs perfectly with these sweet little pops? Maxwell House Coffee! That’s right, I served these after dinner with a cup of Maxwell House Lite coffee (half the caffeine!) for the perfect little nightcap.
So very tasty! So what is on your menu this holiday season? Be sure to stock up on your #KraftEssentials! You can find everything you need and more in the Baking Center at your local Walmart! I headed down there this weekend, you can see my shopping trip in my Google+ Album here! So pick up some Jet-Puffed Marshmallows, some Baker’s Chocolate and Coconut and make these Chocolate Coconut Marshmallow Pops or any number of easy desserts with Kraft! These look so good! I was already planning on making chocolate covered marshmallows this year, but I will definitely have to add some coconut now!
Oh. My. I feel so inspired right now! And hungry. My baby girl’s first birthday is coming up soon and this looks so much easier than trying to tackle cake pops on top of my already-too-large-to-do-list. I’m thinking of dipping them in white chocolate–perhaps dyed pink…with sprinkles? The possibilities are endless! Thanks for the inspiration.

Perfect ideas Autumn! And I agree – SO much easier and just as cute!
These are beautiful, Kimberly! They are easy to make but would make a statement on a dessert tray. #client
