But once the temperatures drop, I’m all about a nightly cuppa cocoa. And I love to mix it up, which is just what we’ve done with this Crock Pot Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate! It’s super easy to make with your favorite chocolate, milk and International Delight Salted Caramel Mocha Creamer!

And crazy enough, all you need is just THREE INGREDIENTS! Simply add your whole milk and chocolate chips to your slow cooker and heat on low for about 2 hours. Once the chocolate is fully melted and combined, stir in your International Delight Salted Caramel Mocha Creamer, let that heat through and serve topped with whipped cream and a little fleur de sel or sea salt!

  • ¾ cup International Delight Salted Caramel Mocha Creamer
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream and fleur de sel or sea salt for garnish, optional
Instructions
  1. Heat whole milk and chocolate chips in crock pot on low for about 2 hours until chocolate is fully melted and combined with milk.
  2. Add International Delight Salted Caramel Mocha Creamer and allow to heat through.
  3. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of fleur de sel. Enjoy!
