The Best Disneyland Holiday Treats

From the Santa Hat Macaron to Gingerbread Funnel Cake Fries check out our list of the BEST Disneyland Holiday Treats!

The Best Disneyland Holiday Treats

Hi friends! There is nothing quite like Disneyland during the holidays, right? I love going to Disney during Halloweentime, but second only to that is during Disney Holidays! And it’s just begun this year and I’m so glad I was able to make it to the first day of the holidays at Disneyland and California Adventure. So as usual, I’m sharing my favorite eats and treats with you!

Mickey Gingerbread Man from Jolly Holiday Bakery Café

No one does gingerbread quite like Disney! Whenever they have gingerbread on the menu, whether it’s cookies, cakes or even funnel fries (we’ll get to those!), then it’s on my list. Love this cute little Mickey you can get from Jolly Holiday in Disneyland or Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Café in DCA.

Santa Hat Macaron from Jolly Holiday Bakery Café

Oh the macarons, always top on my list for Disney treats but this Santa Hat Macaron with white mint filling and chocolate ganache is just oh so delicious! It’s so cute and festive, but tasty too!

Christmas Cake from the Plaza Inn

While I’m not typically a cake person, I have to say that I LOVE the slices of cake that Disney serves up like this. They are always top notch. And this Christmas Cake is a chocolate sponge cake with red, green, and white swirled chocolate mousse filling topped with buttercream and finished with sprinkles. So festive and yummy!

Peppermint Mickey Shake from Schmoozies!

Schmoozies seasonal shakes ALWAYS make my list. And this peppermint-chocolate crème cookie shake is topped with whipped topping, holiday accents, and chocolate cream-filled cookie ears. Adorable and delish!

Gingerbread Funnel Cake Fries from Award Wieners

Another list topper is always the funnel cake fries from Award Wieners! And these churro funnel cake fries topped with crumbled gingerbread, caramel, icing, and whipped topping are certainly a holiday must-have.

Churro Shake from Schmoozies!

Another seasonal winner in my book! The Churro Shake from Schmoozies! is a brown sugar-cinnamon ice cream topped with cinnamon churro cereal, whipped topping, and churro toffee!

Holiday Churros

Shown is the Milk & Cookies Churro from the Hollywood Land Churro Cart, but really any of the seasonal holiday churros are worth a try! I typically only try one during each visit since they’re definitely a sweet treat and you could really get carried away there…

Candy Cane Beignets from Café Orleans

Ok, so any Mickey beignet is a good beignet. And honestly I initially bought regular beignets with coffee at Cafe Orleans because I just didn’t think a sprinkle of peppermint was necessary. But I have to tell you, I tried the Candy Cane Beignets and they are GOOD! The peppermint is so subtle, it’s just a sweet little addition to this already beloved treat.

Holiday Candy and Treats from Candy Palace

Crispy Treats, Peppermint Wants, Caramel Apples — OH MY! There is a soft spot in my heart for all the candy treats you can find in the likes of shops like Candy Palace in Disneyland and Trolley Treats in DCA. I always have to stop by to see what’s new from these talented treat-makers!

Holiday Starbucks Drinks

It’s so cliché, but there is nothing quite as magical as Starbucks at Disney! I mean, I love a good Starbucks coffee, but they’re even better at the Happiest Place on Earth! So stop by and get your Peppermint Mocha or your Chestnut Praline Latte, you won’t be sorry!

Don’t forget the Disney Holidays Merchandise!

While this Light-Up Mickey Jingle Bell Sipper is certainly not a “treat,” I would add it to the list of must-haves for the season. Oh and that cute Christmas Tree Popcorn Bucket, too.

Book a Visit to Disney Holidays

So that’s it! Ok, not really…my list is a mile long. With the Festival of Holidays it really is easy to eat your way through the Disney Parks right now! So I guess I would say – book your trip NOW! Enjoy all that the Disneyland Holidays have to offer.
