Hi friends! Can you believe the Big Game is upon us?! In just a few weeks the playoffs will be over and there’s a big chance that you’ll be huddled around a party table full of delicious snacks and dips waiting for that haltime show and taking stock of all the hilarious commercials. Oh, and there’s football too. But back to the snacks. We’re sharing tons of snack and party ideas leading up to the big game – yesterday we shared a tasty and Easy Salsa Cheese Ball and today we’re sticking with the cheesy theme and sharing this delicious Green Chile Bean Dip!

What I love about all these recipes is that they are CRAZY easy. I mean, the last thing you want to do for a party is spend all day cooking in the kitchen, right? Or maybe that’s just me. I don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen. BUT I do want to serve up yummy food and this dip is one of those.

Grab a can of refried beans, a can of green chiles and some cream cheese and combine in a skillet! You could really cook this up in any pot, but I like the skillet because once you have the dip combined, you can top this baby with cheddar cheese and stick the whole skilled right under the broiler to get hot and melty!
