March Madness Slam Dunk Dip

March Madness Slam Dunk Dip | anightowlblog.com
Hey everyone! I’m Cori from Hey, Let’s Make Stuff and I’m excited to share an adaptation of one of my favorite fruit dips with you all today. It’s totally perfect for March Madness, my March Madness Slam Dunk Dip! If you’re having people over to watch some of the games, this is a truly easy recipe to have on hand when everyone gets hungry.

Throwing a March Madness party? This dip is a crowd-pleaser, no matter who you're rooting for!
The original dip is just simple two ingredients—a brick of softened cream cheese and a jar of marshmallow fluff. Easy, right? Mix and serve! It’s so delicious that you may be tempted to just eat it with a spoon, but it also goes really well with pretty much any fruit you can think of.

But for March Madness, I’m making it orangey by mixing 1/3 can of concentrated orange juice into the dip. Use the “whip” setting on a hand mixer to get the consistency even and serve with chilled cantaloupe “basketballs,” perfect for slam dunking!

The citrus paired with the cantaloupe is a definite crowd-pleaser—no matter what team you’re rooting for!

Whoa!! That sounds fantastic! I wonder if fat free or low fat cream cheese would be okay? The apples and pears in my kitchen don’t have a chance now!! Thanks.

I think it should work! There’s enough flavor in the marshmallow fluff and orange juice that I think it should hold up just fine.
